Job Description:

Department: Marketing
Job Title: Assistant Manager Public Relations     

Responsibilities:

    * Support Senior PR Manager in the development and agreement of a variety of PR plans across the product portfolio
    * Identify key internal business data and gather research to support relevant PR activity
    * Maximize positive coverage in appropriate media to build company brands within agreed budgets
    * Be alert to and proactively identify potential issues and minimize negative impact
    * Maintain close relationships with Group Press Office and develop excellent day to day liaison
    * Gain the ongoing support of internal stakeholders to agreed plans, adding value by providing sound PR communications advice
    * Manage workflow across a range of projects, ensuring efficient use of assigned budgets and other resources whilst ensuring that deadlines, cost, quality and legal standards are met
    * Support the development of an integrated Sponsorship strategy - implement a range of activities to support objectives

Qualification & Experience:

    * MBA or MA in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or related fields as the case may be.
    * 1 – 2 Years in the areas of Public Relations, External Relations, Event Management, Journalism & Media, Marketing & Advertising. Fresh graduates may also apply.
