Assistant Manager Sales and Customer Service - Quetta
      
Assistant Manger / Center In-charge will be required to lead a team of customer facing staff at “Telenor Sales and Services Center”. The position holder is required to ensure that subscription related services are being provided to all subscribers. He / she have to harmonize the operation in a manner that Telenor Pakistan subscribers can make the most of their visit to services center.
Reports To Regional Manager-Sales and Customer Services;

Work Location     Quetta
Experience Required

Minimum 05 years of post degree work experience with 2 year in customer handling of any services industry.
Key Responsibilities

• To supervise and ensure smooth flow of operations at the center
• To evaluate training needs and to arrange trainings of staff.
• To forecast inventory requirements in order to ensure availability of all types of stock at all times and reconciliation of stocks on daily basis.
• To ensure timely reporting, as assigned from time to time.
• To make sure that all services are rendered with in bench-marked time.
• To achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
• To develop rooster for the staff on monthly basis to ensure proper administration and discipline.

Education/Professional Qualification

Masters degree in any discipline of education, technical or business education from a recognized university can be a plus.
