The person must help in maintaining the social network of the E.Sol and college by using internet based soft social tools.
The person must respond different queries raised by the students / clients /prospects in appropriate manner keeping in mind the code of ethics advised by the college management.
The person may be given the responsibility of handling telephone calls upon management advise.
Skills Required:
a) Must have experience of working on computer and internet based applications like MS office, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and other social tools.
b) Must have good english comprehension and writing skills
c) Must be able to chat and use emails & Skype efficiently
d) Must be well mannered and problem solver
