CallTronics® requires confident, experienced Customer Service Representatives to be the main point of contact for clients. We are looking for enthusiastic, determined individuals with an excellent command of English Language, and who are able to communicate in a clear, pleasant, patient and confident manner. You will be responsible for the following :
1) Experience CSRs will have an edge, more chances of growth & raise in payroll.
2) Attending phone calls from all over USA, U.K. & Canada and resolving Customers Queries.
3) Active participation in team work & should be able to make a good reputation with all the Co-workers.
4) Be responsible for meeting sales targets and adapting strategy to ensure that monthly sales targets are met.
5) Must be able to work in evening or night Shifts.
6) 6 working days a week, 8 working hours a day.
7) Salary Varies as per Experience & Position Sought.
8) Special Evening shift for Female CSRs.
