The Company's business includes sales, rental, service & maintenance of Diesel Generators; Engineering, Earth-Moving and Construction equipment; Air Compressors, Steam-Turbines, CNG Compressors; etc. Greaves requires experienced and mature individuals for the following positions.
G.M. SALES AND PROJECT: Karachi (01 Position)
The incumbent will be in charge of all Diesel Generator sales activities in the south region; he is to provide leadership and direction to the sales team while maintaining focus on the Company's strategic goals. The GM will be responsible for the formulation of Marketing & Sales Plans; coordination with managers to implement specific objectives and target new customers / sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should:
* hold a B.E. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical preferably with MBA (Marketing) from a reputable institute
* have a proven track record of achieving sales targets of Diesel Generators with at least 12 years of experience
* have excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
* be a team player, result oriented and familiar with MS Office
* have experience of handling projects independently.
