| Job Description/ Responsibilities | As a GTL technologist, you will have any of the following responsibilities: Map out the current technical landscape; Develop leads and integrated solutions for new options to produce fuels from energy sources via synthesis gas processing; Synthesize new catalyst formulations; Design and operate state-of-the-art testing facilities with help of technical experts; Test new catalyst formulations and translate results in a preliminary process design. |
| Candidate Requirement |
| Profile | Looking for talented experienced professionals who have a working experience in the relevant areas in a range of 5 to 15 yrs; Should have profound understanding of catalyst preparation and testing under industrial relevant conditions; Has a clear understanding of Fischer-Tropsch chemistry; Understanding of reaction kinetics and process modeling; Working experience in economic evaluations of chemical processes; Can guide and assess project research or scientific studies; Must know how to share R&D results with peers and communicate in clear convincing language with the business sponsors; With a master’s degree – preferably a PhD – in chemistry or chemical engineering, you’ll have expert knowledge of Fischer-Tropsch catalysis, syn-gas chemistry and process evaluations; You should have the ability to work independently as well as in a team ; You’ll have the ability to develop expertise in new areas, guide and assess project research or scientific studies with universities. With high levels of drive and creativity, you’ll also have fluent spoken and written English language skills; Authorisation to work in India is required for this position; A remuneration package based on the conditions in the country of employment will be offered for this position. |
