A fast growing Beverage Company with international brands based in interior Sindh requires services of young & energetic male personnel for the following positions:

MANAGER SALES & MARKETING
Experienced, energetic and willing to accept challenger, we have an excellent opportunity for you. Reporting to the General Manager the ideal candidate should have 5-8 years relevant experience of the interior Sindh market for FMCG products, below 40 years.

* Be able to prepare and effectively execute sales plans to achieve sales, market share and profit targets.

* Experienced in managing distribution network as well as forming a high performance sales team for indirect and direct distribution.

* Should have thorough understanding of latest marketing concepts

* A self-starter with good analytical skills.

Masters degree (MBA degree preferred), team player with good interpersonal & communication skill, willing to accept challenges and deliver results. Must be computer literate.

MANAGER QUALITY CONTROL
The person will be responsible to exhibit leadership to plant operations through: informal and formal training of personnel, prevention and resolving quality issues, manage and implement the quality assurance systems and procedures at plant. Mange and execute the documentation of proper and timely calibration routines for all lab equipments. Ensure that the Quality Department staff is competent and proficient at performing their tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:
M.Sc. or equivalent qualification in Chemistry or Food Technology field.

Proficient with basic computer usage including word processing, spreadsheet, database etc.

Knowledge of production and filling in the beverage industry (5 years)

Supervisory level experience in a chemical / microbiological / production laboratory (1-2 years)

The candidates must possess strong communication skills
