| Job Description/ Responsibilities | We are looking for an individual with marketing background, especially with building material industry, within Middle East or UAE experiences will be added advantage. An Engineering graduate with diploma or post graduation in marketing management or an MBA with marketing management will be idle for this position, at least five to eight years experiences, and should have good communication skills in English. |

| Profile | „ÏTo assist the management to Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors. „ÏEvaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. „ÏFormulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote our products, working with advertising and promotion managers. „ÏEvaluation of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities. „ÏNegotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies. „ÏConsult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, and packaging. „ÏCompile lists describing product or service offerings. „ÏUse sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. „ÏSelect products and accessories to be displayed at trade or special production shows. „ÏConfer with legal staff to resolve problems, such as copyright infringement and royalty sharing with outside producers and distributors. „ÏCoordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with construction builders or clients or property developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services. „ÏAdvise business and other groups on local, national, and international factors affecting the buying and selling of our product. Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings. „ÏConsult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand. „ÏConduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for our products. „ÏKnowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. „ÏKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. „ÏKnowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media. „ÏKnowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders. Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail. |
