MARKETING MANAGER With seven to ten years of experience in marketing in FMCG preferably in the beverage sector. The MM will report to Head of Marketing / CEO. Major responsibilities would include shaping the overall vision by understanding the category and competitive landscape to develop and implement the annual marketing plan designed to increase revenue, brand recognition and preference. To ensure all marketing communications are consistent and reflect the marketing planning and strategy. A university degree in Marketing or Business from a well reputed institute. NATIONAL SALES MANAGER With five to sever years of sales experience in FMCG preferably in the Beverage industry, the National Sales Manager (NSM) will be responsible for developing and executing sales and activity goals required to achieve targeted business growth, establishing and building relationships with new and existing accounts. The candidate will actively prospect new outsourcing opportunities, maximize penetration, and develop and execute sales strategies. MBA Marketing is essential. BRAND MANAGER With demonstrable knowledge of building revenue and market share. Major responsibilities would include working with and reporting to MM to strategically plan and manage the businesses and special projects, providing leadership and support to achieve the company’s business objectives. The candidate will also be responsible for the development and execution of marketing / brand strategies and implementation of brand plans on new and existing brands, monitor competitive trade, consumer and promotion activity to achieve volume and profitability targets, execution of promotions and promotional activity. MBA Marketing with 4 – 5 years experience. REGIONAL SALES MANAGER With at least three to five years FMCG experience preferably in beverages. He will report to the National Sales Manager and be responsible for development and executive of sales strategies, monitor the competition, and implement consumer and promotional activities to achieve the targeted sales volume and revenue in his assigned region. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing from a recognized institution. MARKETING EXECUTIVE Reporting to the Marketing Manager / Brand Manager, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for coordinating and implementing brand plans and promotional programs with the brand manager. Responsibility of managing and distributing all the marketing collateral for new product launches. The ideal candidate should have a business degree in Marketing from a well reputed institute and at least two years of marketing experience preferably in FMCG. SALES EXECUTIVE Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position requires the sales executive with ability to make customers feel at ease and knowledge to drive sales for our products. The incumbent should have a marketing degree with minimum 2 years experience in a similar sales role.
