Manager Sales and Distribution

      
Overview     To ensure effective implementation of company’s strategies and business plan.
Reports To     Regional Director Sales & Distribution, Central 1;
Work Location     Lahore
Experience Required     4 - 6 years of experience in similar capacity.
Key Responsibilities

To understand that being the member of the management team of the company, the essential nature of the duties is to aid and to promote the management / administrative process.
To ensure effective implementation of company’s sales operation system and policies in the context of sales & distribution of Telenor products and services.
To ensure that all the information is communicated timely & effectively, to the relevant channel (across the region)
Nurture relationship with staff by following through on commitments, respecting confidentiality, and demonstrating an interest in their work related issues and activities.
To boost up the SIM & Recharge sales of the assigned region.
To ensure availability of the product on all active retail outlets in the region.
To continuously increase the active number of retail outlets (i.e. SIM , Scratch Card & Easy Load Retailers) in the region
To ensure that Telenor standards of house keeping, availability is met at all franchisees and retailers
To ensure that the customers are registered as per PTA timeline of sales by sending complete documents to Customer Data Mgt unit.

Other Criteria     Required key performances are:
To ensure that company’s regional sales objective are met.
To ensure sufficient stocks of Sims, Scratch cards, E load at the franchise and distributors level.
To develop a system of timely resolution of all trade grievances
Ensure that franchise territories are followed strictly and no trans-shipment of sims and cards take place.
To ensure smooth issuance of stocks of Sims, Scratch cards, E load to the franchise.
To guide TSS & TSO to plan sales routes effectively by covering all the retail outlets in the assigned territory/zone.
To plan in order to maximize SIM & Recharge sales in the region.
To prepare and submit sales estimates for Sims, scratch cards, E load etc for logistic support.
Coverage expansion planning.
Retail outlet planning.
To propose the locations for Franchise & T2 in the assigned region.
Visit to the retail market and Franchises
