Customer Service Manager

Troubleshoots and resolves non-routine customer complaints. Resolves major problems with orders, delivery dates or service. Usually requires a degree and 3-5 years relevant experience or equivalent.

Customer Service Representative
Responds to customer requests and questions regarding service, products and account information. Analyzes and rectifies customer concerns using established procedures. May use computer to access and/or update customer records. Typically requires 6-12 months experience with company procedures, products and services.

Customer Service Supervisor
Directs the activities of Customer Service Reps (CSR's) to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability. Oversees policies and procedures to ensure on-time delivery. Supervises and trains CSR's. May help with catalogs and other publications. Usually requires a degree and 3-5 years related experience.
