| Job Description/ Responsibilities | We are looking for an individual for a senior position for Marketing & Sales Manager in our organization. An MBA with Marketing and Sales Management or with Engineering background and with diploma in Sales or practical experiences in sales and marketing, with middle east and especially UAE market sales experiences, and if coming from building material industry, it will be added advantage. Our product is related to building material industry, it is a unique concept, and it is belongs to one of the regional biggest construction groups of companies in the Middle East. |

| Profile | „ÏResolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. „ÏCoordinate and monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. „ÏDirect and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured our products, according to the client¡¦s needs and or other subjects of sale. „ÏDetermine price schedules and discount rates. „ÏReview operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. „ÏDirect, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping, and in receiving and dispatching operations. „ÏConfer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications. „ÏAdvise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business. „ÏPrepare budgets and approve budget expenditures. „ÏRepresent company at trade association meetings to promote products. „ÏConfer with potential customers regarding our product, especially with key and large construction builders/real estate groups etc. „ÏOversee regional sales team and direct the office staff to keep records of export correspondence, bid requests, and credit collections, and to maintain current information on tariffs, licenses, and restrictions. „ÏAssess marketing potential of new and existing client and their projects and their future forecasting information. „ÏKnowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. „ÏKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. „ÏKnowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. „ÏCommunicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail. |
