Finding right Jobs:

* Select suitable Dealers in the Area for final approval by General Manager.

* Establish a sustainable Dealer network in the Area.

* Define the sales potential of the Area and define the sales targets for each Dealer in the Area.

* Achieve the assigned sales target in the area, while promoting and coordinating the Dealer sales operations.

* Find and develop large-scale model project with key Customer / Opinion leaders for direct sales.

* Responsible for customer care and management in coordination with the Dealers; periodical visits to customers, suggesting solutions to customer’s needs, ensuring after sales activity is carried out properly by the Dealer.

* Collect receivables.

* Assist market advertising and promotion activity.

* Supervise and organize product demonstrations in the Area, in cooperation with Dealers.

* Control sales expense.

* Above 5 years experience in sales or technical support of farm machinery.

* Familiarity with farming industry (farming background preferred), well integrated in farm communities, farm machinery product professional knowledge (not necessarily combines).

* Solid dealer management experience in farm machinery related product.

* Familiar with Ms Office.

* Strong communication skill.

* Strong dealer team and sales management skill.

* Willing and able to do frequent travelling.

* Willing to working “hands-on” with involvement in operations, problem solving, customer relations.

* Good spoken and written English (a plus).
