| Job Description/ Responsibilities | Overall responsibilities would be delivering sales and revenue growth, meeting gross margin targets for Commodities Trading, designing strategies and plans for development of new markets and segments and overseeing the smooth implementation of these through effective management of the sales department staff and managing the sales operations of the core business in the GCC and overseas export markets, through overseas branches, dealers, distributors and direct sales. This would involve: „X Empanelling the distributors under his fold and resolving their queries and keeping the turn around time as short as possible being a multi channel and multi product job. „X Articulating market development plans including price planning for different products as per different seasons and different regions and to support the international marketing effort. „X Management of dealer and distributor network for better penetration and reach in new market segments. „X Follow up with distributors and agents for continuous/sustained business. |

| Profile | The incumbent should be a Graduate in commerce or other business related disciplines, preferably an MBA with at least 8-10 yrs of experience in FMCG / Commodities sales of which the last 2 to 3 yrs should have been in GCC / UAE. The candidate should be presentable with excellent communication & negotiation skills, tact, maturity, flexibility and an empathic approach preferably with experience in handling key accounts. An aggressive go getter with a flexible attitude towards work is deal for this position. Fluency in Arabic language is must. |
