| Job Description/ Responsibilities | - Responsible for sales of consumer electronics in the region - Responsible for launching the brand in the respective market - Develop sales channels, encourage client inquiries, develop client database, initiate client communications, competition tracking, market analysis to understand different sales & business development tactics. - market penetration, appointment of distributors and liaison with key channels - Must be able to take strategic decisions with a risk appetite & establish business in the respective territory and make the business grow. - Should be able to plan, implement and execute sales strategies, forecasting & ensure the smooth running of business. | Candidate Requirement |
| Profile | - Masters Degree in Business Administration - Management, Finance - 8 to 15 years proven progressive experience in sales, business development in consumer durables/electronics or FMCG industry - Experience of working in the desired location is mandatory - strong leadership skills - ability to take initiative, innovative with a strategic outlook, strong analytical & decision making skills. - Ability to negotiate effectively & tactfully to maintain, grow & develop business. - Strong influencing style with an executive presence along with being articulate & confident. - Market knowledge & strong networking amongs the dealers are required. |
