ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability .
- Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist clients concerning sales and techniques with the creative team .
- To contact the companies, top most directors, as per the business plan .
- Represents company at client
Meetings to promote product, and delivers sales presentations to key clients.
- To develop and ensures the marketing strategies .
- To research the current and future Takaful business opportunities that has not been initiated or directed in Pakistan .
- To coordinate with existing in-house sales team for business plans.
- Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Daily market visit to clients for business promotion .
- Keeping good relation with agents to work out things in friendly atmosphere .
- Candidate should have relative experience.
