| Job Description/ Responsibilities | Sales/ Collection forecasting, planning and achieving periodical sales targets based on business plans. New business development, securing orders, monitoring, analyzing sales, channel development and receivables. Technical discussions and coordination with QC department of consumers for approving products. Extensive interfacing with clients, mapping their requirements & providing critical inputs for product customization & development. Market intelligence and feedback. communication and co-ordination with principals, consumers/ traders/dealers, warehouse, logistics, head office in day to day operations. Commercial discussions with clients, bargaining and closing the deal. New market study, market potential & share analysis, competitors activities study, defining & implementing strategies. Product Development - Feasibility study, analysis, defining & implementing strategies. Customer relationship management - Effective relationship management with high net worth clients to ascertain rendering of quality service and achieving customer delight for business retention / enhancement. Need to keep up to date and in-depth knowledge of the products and services and identify product categories suitable for potential customers. You should be dynamic and have to do aggressive Sales in order to meet and exceeds the sales targets. |
| Candidate Requirement |
| Profile | Graduate with 6-9 years of relevant experience in selling Food ingredients or Dairy products. MBA in Sales and Marketing would be an advantage. Should be proactive, focused, target oriented and be able to develop the business and take major decisions for its growth. A high level of written & oral communication skills is essential. Knowledge of Arabic is advantageous but not essential. Should be sales focused, with a strong understanding of the local market and a positive and proactive team player, with a professional attitude and appearance and should also be able to handle multiple categories of products. Candidates with own car, Driving License and having relevant distribution experience in dealing with Corporate Clients will have an advantage. |
