You will be responsible to prepare and send proposals to clients based on their requirements.
You will also be responsible to provide quality sales and customer support services through inbound and outbound calls and live chat.
Skills Required:
Excellent English writing skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Neutral or non-inflicted American or British accent.
Not required but having experience in handling international clients via telephone, email and live chat will be an added advantage.
Must be available to work in evening shift.
