* Plan/implement all IT/technical projects
* Design/maintain all clients IT network infrastructure
* Develop/implement internal tools and services for the organization
* Develop/implement department products/services
* Develop standard technical processes/procedures for the organization
* 2nd and 3rd level escalation for all complex issues
* Schedule/delegate resources and tasks for project and support activities
* Engage/ensure project delivery to clients
* Provide training to internal resources
* Job will require extensive traveling for the purpose of business development, aiming to respond to crucial customer appointments, trade shows and market analysis
have worked on the following technologies:
* MSX * 2003 & 2007 (Heavy)
* DWin Server * 2003 & 2008 (Heavy)
* SQL Server * 2005 & 2008 (Heavy)
* Active Directory (Heavy)
* MS Windows / MS Outlook
* Blackberry/iPhone/Smart Phones
* Wireless Networking
* Basic TCP/IP Networking
* Basic PC Hardware Troubleshooting & Break/Fix
* Basic Printer Troubleshooting & Break/Fix
