| Job Description/ Responsibilities | Help sales team to sell the solutions and services. Provide consultancy, training on process management, J2EE, project management, process management, infrastructure management with ITIL compliance. The services comprises : training, consultancy and projects to the large accounts. Sell also solutions on Business Service Management(USU) and ALM (Application Life cycle Management from Borland), Data base administration management from Embarcadero. Helping clients to install and configure these solutions. Supporting sales in technical sales situations with our partners solutions : • Conducting pre sales product demos for prospects and customers. • Client consulting in the field of Business Service Management and Software engineering. • Project management / coordinating project teams and project controlling. • Workshops and presentations. • Analysis of business processes • Design of solutions for the clients. • Process Management. • User training. • Sales Support and support in preparing proposal documents. • Create concepts for authorization and roles within our software solution. • Analyzing requirement Definition and management. • Configuration and change management. • Needs to be close to the customer, but no direct sales activities on their own. • Responsible for test / demo installations, prototypes, proof of concept projects. • Comprehensive support of the customer in challenging phases of the sales process. • Good understanding of problem analysis, creative in drawing up solution scenarios or technical concept. • Managing tenders. • Supporting sales on trade shows, fairs, seminars, roadshows • Maintenance of the local product installations on sales notebooks and on pre sales machines • Direct link to consulting, implementation, and development teams. |

| Profile | Minimum Bachelors in Computing Science. Application Architecture, J2EE, Requirement management, Configuration Management, Data Base Management. Skills: ALM, BSM, RM, CM, J2EE, Redhat JBoss. Minimum 5 years of in consultancy. Strong back ground on ITIL, ALM, process management will be plus. Diploma or similar university degree in informatics, economics, Business administration or similar degree in higher education. Minimum 3 years of experience in presales or consulting for complex software products. Familiar with ITIL, IT-Management, knowledge data bases, Procerss Management. Good understanding of business administration Team player, flexible, willing to work under pressure Good communication skills in product presentations and adequate business appearance / behavior Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at one time, well- organized. Willing to travel across Middle East. Perfect language skills / communication and negotiation skills in English. |
