Job Description/
Responsibilities 1-Responsible for developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention. 2-Build executive level relationships. 3-Identifies potential opportunities with existing and new customers. 4-Responsible for service sales including professional and consultancy Services, Service Level Agreements, Vendor Support contracts, outsourcing services….etc. 5-Utilizes Account management process to identify key customers and to develop specific action plans to grow identified accounts. 6-Work as single point of contact for all Service Sales issues. 7-Establish and implement measurable Business Plan. 8-Develop and execute service sales plan. 9-Provide periodic reporting to ICT management on sales activities 10-Play the role of customer service sales advisor. 11-Prepare service responses for RFQs and new service bids or proposals. 12-Build and sustain positive relationships with the company clients. 13-Resolve issues and/or coordinate internal resources to ensure end-to-end resolution of issues. 14-Prepares, negotiates, and reviews service level agreements and service proposals. 15-Develop and communicate best practices in solution selling, support packaging, and complex contract negotiation
Candidate Requirement
Profile •BS. Degree in Computer Science or any related filed. •3-5 years experience in Service Sales and/or Service Delivery. •Professional experience on value-based sales positions in ICT sector •Experience in information technology Solutions, preferably networking, security, storage and infrastructure with a solid business acumen. •Experience in selling technology solutions, including professional and maintenance services . •Experience in building and maintaining executive level relationships with Customers. •Experience in Accounts planning , Comfortable with executive level communication, and has an ability of translating intangibles into quantifiable business value. •Strong experience and understanding of the specificity of the service, consulting, and advisory services sale •Solid experience in Service selling to the most strategic accounts, preferably large enterprise and government accounts. •Self-starter and strong closer personality with multi-tasking ability. •Outstanding communication skills, independency, and self-motivation •Excellent written, verbal communications and presentation skills. •Knowledge in contracts negotiations. •Team player, with proven ability to manage by influence
