At least a Graduate ideally in Business Studies with minimum 2 years of sales & distributor management experience in FMCG environment. Young, aggressive with maximum age of 30 years having a proven track record in distributor management.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the achievement of volume, revenue & numeric availability targets at territory level
Primary order planning, Secondary Sales & Distribution Stocks Management.
Business development in assigned territory.
Lead the team of Distribution Salesmen
Market Intelligence and feedback
Skills Required
Computer knowledge, Follow up and controlCompetencies Required
Good Communication and Proactive.
