Sales & Distribution Management.
Distribution Handling and Management.
Sales Team Supervision (40 plus members at different levels).
Modern Trade Business Management.
Data Management, Analysis, Feedback and Report Writing.
Daily Sales & Stock Monitoring.
Target Setting, Allocation, Monitoring and achievement.
Sales Team Recruitment & Selection.
Sales Team Training & Development.
70 per cent field sales work, and 30 per cent office work.
Job involves management of multiple Distributions and extensive local market visits on daily basis.
Skills Required
Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in similar role with national or multinational company in FMCG (food and non food products) industry working at local city and out stations.Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point), Email, Internet.
