AGM FAMILY AND MEDICAL TAKAFUL Responsible for the overall management, underwriting and operations of family and medical takaful Responsible for new products development and documentation for family and medical takaful Lead the team in establishing the best of class service quality, processes, system and procedures and monitor the targeted levels of service to create and maintain excellent relationship with customers Assist in the development of sales and marketing strategy plans to achieve the sales target for family and medical takaful Develop sound underwriting guidelines and constantly review it to keep up with market changes and ensure all procedures and underwriting guidelines are fully adhered to by supporting staff Ensure profitability of both family takaful and medical takaful lines of business Responsible for approval procedure with Sharia Board plus communication of Sharia requirements to other departments Knowledge/Skills/Experience In-depth knowledge in the products and operation of life and medical insurance/takaful Vast experience in managing high business volumes and growth Vast operational knowledge in processing methodology concerning centralization and decentralization, process change management, capacity planning and analysis, business process re-engineering, re-organization, consolidation, etc. Strong organizational ability, self motivated, good leadership and management skills to function in an environment of high responsibility, results oriented and excellent communication skills Preference would be given to UAE nationality holders. |
