Job Description:
Faculty/ Teaching staff must be experienced in the field they are applying for, with the ability to design and develop course modules, teach creatively, engage students in critical discussions and provide them with practical guidelines.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
· Faculty / Teaching Staff for:
o Information Technology
o Digital Media
o Fashion/ Textile Designing
o Call Center Training
o English Language Teaching
o Retail Store Operations
· Responsible for Study Activities which include:
o Development of Course Materials,
o Undertake lesson planning for the entire period of the course
o Preparation and Implementation of lecture room activities (lectures, practical instruction, seminars etc.)
o Organization and instruction of students
o Supervision and evaluation of the work of students (checking of day-to-day work and seminar tasks, assessments and examinations, participation in grading, accounting of practices etc.)
o Organization and conduction of entrance examinations of new students.
o Compilation of tools and methodological materials pertaining to the course
o Selection of necessary textbooks and their compilation, if needed
Assist students in obtaining internships and gaining practical experience with regard to the course.
Skills Required:
· Advance knowledge of office related software (Microsoft Office, Internet and E-mail)
· Proficiency in English language; good writing and speaking ability (including report writing and oral presentations)
· Professional and personal traits;
· Good listener, Creative thinker, Decision maker, Problem solver, Undertakes Responsibility, Team worker
