| Job Description/ Responsibilities | Manage / monitor the daily activities, services and performances related to the air-freight-unit • Oversee and manage freight operations, activities, systems, infrastructure • Provide full air freight forwarding related services to key clients • Follow up, communicate, maintain relationships, negotiate with Agents and Subcontractors, locally and internationally • Support the sales-team with negotiating and closing new contracts • Apply / process full shipment-management • Financial follow up, invoicing, cost control, monitor sales revenue and profitability management to reach targets • Meeting with key clients, communicating, maintaining relationships to ensure customer service satisfaction • Execute A.F policies, procedures and standards, in adherence to applicable laws & regulations • Tender-pricing, establishing / gathering rates and updates • Arrange / generate and maintain A.F related documents, reports and records • Develop air freight strategy & sales targets with management • Anticipate risks and prepare preventative measures • Analyze issues and prepare corrective actions |
