Job Description:
Having a sound knowledge of export documentation along with expertise to handle import documentation, Bill of Entry filing and clearance, DTRE knowledge with filing and clearance and Bonded warehouse filing and clearance.
Responsible to obtain, prepare and check all necessary documents required to ensure that the documents meet the requirements of national customs authorities or any other regulatory body.
Responsible for planning and coordinating the international shipment of goods and negotiate with a variety of people, such as shippers, agents and vendors, and are expected to have excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers.
Responsible for keep track of invoices and prepare reports to expedite the billing process.
They may also have to ensure that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry.
Skills Required:
* Strong leadership and understanding of garment industry.
* Excellent planning abilities, sourcing skills.
* Good managerial skills
