Assistant Manager IN (O and M)  
    
Overview  The Assistant Manager IN will ensure smooth operations of the

Telenor Pakistan IN and VoMS network elements.
Reports To Manager IN/VAS O&M;
Work Location Islamabad
Experience Required 1. Experience in a similar position handling IN or

VoMS related jobs, preferably with Siemens IN product line and Ferma

VoMS product line.

2.Knowledge and work experience of UNIX system.
 
Key Responsibilities •Ensure SLA adherence by SLM and pursue for the

solution of problem with Vendor.
•Follow up for the quick resolution of problems escalated by NOC.
•Coordination with NSN MS team.
•Interdepartmental coordination for IN related issues.
•Coordination with Commercial department for all recharge related

problems.
 
 
Personal Attributes •Should be able to handle heavy work load

effectively and efficiently.
•Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
•Should be able to handle high pressure situations.
•Result oriented.
 
Education/Professional Qualification B.Sc Engg/MSc/BCS

(Communication/EE/Computers)
 
 
Skills required  1.Goal oriented with focus on deliverables
2.Well structured approach in tackling work assignments
3.Ability to work independently under demanding situations.
4.Strong co-operative & interpersonal skills (relationship builder)
