Assistant Manager Risk Management-Islamabad
Overview Develop and implement organization’s Risk Management program in a manner that fulfills the mission and the strategic goals of the organization. Playing a coordination role and providing guidance, advice and training with respect to local Risk Management and Risk Assessment activities. Assist in maintaining the local risk register. Effectively communicate identified risks and propose responses at various organizational levels. Monitor key risk responses to identified risks. Promote risk awareness across the business processes and decision making forums. Liaise between local business unit and Group Risk for Risk Management reporting. To ensure compliance to Risk Management policies and procedures. Leads, facilitates and advises departments in designing risk management program within their own departments.
Reports To Director Risk Management;

Experience Required •Telecom sector experience
•Risk Management experience
Key Responsibilities •Manage key milestones and deliverables from the RM rollout plan.
•Ensure rollout is consistent with Group Policy and Procedure “Risk Management”
•Successful and proactive interactions with key stakeholders.
Education/Professional Qualification •Degree:MBA
•Certification:Project management certification would be an advantage
•Certification:Risk management certification would cbe an advantage
Skills required •Knowledge of statistics, data collection, analysis & data presentation
•Well versed with AS/NZS 4360:2004 & COSO framework for risk management
