* Hands on experience to look after the entire planning process, including procurement, inventory control, stock reconciliation, distribution and logistic.

* Monthly reporting & Presentation to top management.

* Manage the storage capacity of warehouse & store.

* Responsible for making sure that each step of the process is performed effectively so as to rule out the business loss.

* Communicate with key personnel and line managers in the procurement, inventory control, distribution and logistics department of the organization to ensure that they understand his objectives.

* Correspondence with UK, USA & India freight forwarder for the follow up of consignments.

* Coordination with Production & Purchasing to determine stock position.

* Maintain location of Inventory.

* Examine the process in hand and take steps for further improvement and cost savings.

* Train, develop, mentor and assist subordinates working in the department.

* Strong Supervision staff activities, i.e. shipping, receiving, storing and products.

* Identify capable/suitable staff to work in the warehouse according to the requirement.

* Strong Control over checking and verifying shipping records and inventory.

* Handling queries received from different departments/outlets.

* Extensive/practice knowledge of using the system software. Daily Reporting/Presentations of department progress to top management.

* Must be a Commerce Graduate with 5-10 years practical experience in supervising/managing the Warehouse activities.
