Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc. is looking for a regionally-based Consultant for our restaurants located in the Middle East.  This consultant will work closely with franchise owners, food suppliers and operations within a given region to strengthen their Little Caesars (LC) business while staying in compliance with LC standards.

 

Consultant must be able to travel freely to the following primary markets:  Egypt, Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Turkey and others as they are added.  Periodic trips to the United States for training, updates and conferences are also necessary.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Oversees franchise operations within the region.  Conducts store and organizational evaluations for the purpose of maintaining adherence to standards of the franchisor on a continual basis.  Makes recommendations to improve franchise overall success. Oversees pre-opening and ongoing training programs as needed within the region.  Develops and/or coordinates marketing plans to improve sales and brand awareness. Conducts financial business reviews on a periodic basis with each franchisee. Analyzes financial data from franchisees and prepares analytical reports to the franchisee.  Provides recommendations to improve the financial status of a franchisee.  Ensures that franchisee is current on all obligations to LC and its affiliates. Supports existing franchisees in preparing and updating business plans and conversion plans.  Isolates new development opportunities and assists with the negotiations with prospective franchisees.

 

Assists food sourcing and distribution functions by monitoring product quality, consistency and distribution efficiencies.  Assists LC Research and Development in developing new products for International markets.  Evaluates existing and potential suppliers through product testing and site visits to bring LC approved quality food products to international stores. Conducts store visits to ensure proper food quality and handling techniques are used. Communicates with LC International Department to resolve food sourcing problems.

 

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or Business Administration and work related experience with QSR concepts in a management position.  Course work in management, marketing and/or related field.  Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic, be able to meet deadlines and produce accurate, error-free reports.  Candidate must be willing to enter into a consulting agreement with LC.

 

All travel expenses will be pre-approved and paid for by LC, as well as, all related expenses.  Competitive compensation package.
