| Job Description/ Responsibilities | A key position within the Executive Board is the CFO. Al Ghandi Auto are looking for an experienced high flyer in the finance sector with knowledge of middle east banking practices and used to multi-tasking within a fast moving and ever changing business.CFO will report to the CEO and be responsible for established Treasury, Management Accounts and Credit Control and Collection departments. A team player and visionary the CFO will play a major role in achieving an agreed plan to double the size of the Company through both organic growth and acquisition over the next four years. |

| Profile | Ideal Candidates will be senior finance professionals with at least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Middle East market with a sound knowledge of Shariah compliant Islamic financial solutions. Exposure to the Automotive sector is preferable but not essential. A graduate degree, CA/CPA qualification and/or MBA with specialisation in Finance from premier institutions will be essential. Strong business focus, leadership and communications skills, the ability to work in multicultural team and an entrepreneurial flair would be crucial for success in this role. |
