| Job Description/ Responsibilities | 1. Oversee the execution & administration of Complex constructions and services contracts to include request for Proposal, Request for Qualification & bid documents 2. Liaison with Engineering regarding the technical content of each Inquiry and Subcontract; negotiate change orders and other commercial oriented matters through close-out; 3. Deliver project profitability. Analyze contractors’ quotation, technically and commercially 4. Handle claims through negotiation, conciliation, mediation and arbitration. 5. Manages the commercial aspects of the subcontracts from inquiry through award, execution, and close-out of the subcontracts pursuant to established procedures; issue inquiry packages in accordance with execution schedule 6. To analyze the main and sub-contracts with clarity and completeness. |
