| Job Description/ Responsibilities | Negotiate with Shipping Lines and Air Lines for obtaining rates • Liaise/co-ordinate with sales team, partners/agents, customers and other service providers • Send out sales leads, routing confirmations, quotations, status reports and rate requests • Copy all external communications to Supervisor • Attend weekly meeting with sales counterpart to discuss current customer base/market situation • Maintain an active relation with all existing clients and develop the relation as and when possible. |
| Candidate Requirement |
| Profile | Freight Forwarding and/or Shipping experience, preferred • Good knowledge of Air and Sea Freight and relevant procedures and documents • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, essential • Exceptional customer service skills • Capacity to multi-task • Computer savvy |
