Data Entry Quality Check Officer - Contractual
      
Overview     To monitor quality data entery in the system against postpaid subscription; will be responsible to enter correct information if not correct having contacted to relevant quarters.

Reports To     Team Leader;

Work Location     Lahore

Experience Required     1 year of experience in similar capacity

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for achieving all targets / KPI’s set by the department.

Responsible for marinating quality in daily work.

Responsible for coordinating with Direct Sales/ S & SC/ Franchises.

A strict adherence to company/divisional policies, plans and strategies to achieve company/divisional goal along with complete understanding of Code of Conduct

Responsible for Participating in all team meetings and team building/Motivational exercises on daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Work to daily and weekly objectives and targets.

Ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsible for achieving daily goals and assigned work on daily & weekly basis.

Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the customer experience
 
Education/Professional Qualification     Degree:

Graduation
