* Ability to work closely and efficiently with all departments and design / develop training plans.

* Ability to effectively present information in a clear manner, demonstrate procedures to employee groups and respond to related questions.

* romote company-wide training consistency by educating those in supervisory / managerial positions and promote a learning culture within the organization.

* Maintain and update all required employee paperwork, including, certification status / filing and all other training documentation.

* Maintain training materials and make recommended improvements as necessary.

* Continuous follow ups with associates, supervisors and customers to ensure the effectiveness of training programs.

* Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel.

* Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in handling employee information.
