Job Description:
Responsible for training and educating Medical representatives, Product specialists
Module development ability keeping in view future challenges
Coordinate and organize training on the job and methods
Develop and distribute adequate administrative reports of field training days
Pro-actively develop training sessions oriented on development of commercial knowledge and skills
Required to work across all related territories.
Must be a good communicator, with the strong ability to qualify the level of understanding of Ferozsons technology and its staff, and gear the training sessions to their skill level
Will be supported by a strong Sales and Marketing team to provide assistance if required
In future this position will be turned into HRD role.
