GROUP FAMILY TAKAFUL MANAGER Responsibilities: • Responsible for the day-to-day management, underwriting and operations of group family takaful • Responsible for new products development and documentation for group family takaful • Lead the team in establishing the best of class service quality, processes, system and procedures • Lead group of underwriters under group family takaful • Develop sound underwriting guidelines and constantly review it to keep up with market changes • Ensure all procedures and underwriting guidelines are fully adhered to by supporting staff • Support sales team in securing and managing large accounts • Ensure profitability of group family takaful line of business Qualification Requirements: • Posses at least a university degree in actuarial science, business management, insurance or other similar qualifications • Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in operations of life insurance and at least 3 years experience in family takaful • Sound knowledge of life insurance & family takaful products and risks assessment • Strong organizational ability and good leadership skills • Self motivated and committed Preference would be given to UAE nationality holders. |
