Job Description/
Responsibilities Aim & Objective of the Position: Establishing strategies to identify and capitalize market opportunities, generate proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations. Will be responsible for assisting in budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning. Key Duties & Responsibilities - Key Result Areas (KRAs) • Lead, develop and manage a team of professionals to maximize all relevant opportunities, whilst also helping create and communicate a clear business strategy both internally and externally. • To maximize profitable volume growth, market share and client preference • Handling independent revenue & profitability targets • Liaisoning at all levels for business • Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing the business deals. • Build credible and lasting relationships with prospects and customers for repeat business. • Tasks and responsibilities of a Marketing / sales head include but are not limited to: Accurately forecast business deals to be closed. Maintain contact and opportunity information completely, accurately and in a timely manner. Prospect to establish new accounts or extend business in existing accounts Attend and represent various business and industry meetings and trade shows. Have a comprehensive channel strategy/multipoint lead generation. Leverage all available networks and alliances to uncover additional sales opportunities. Set customer expectations consistent with aspire service offerings and delivery potential. Qualities to lead people, assign sales targets and manage competency development SKILLS Communication Delivers informative, well-organized presentations. Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. Understands IT Systems Problem Solving Identifies critical issues with ease. Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when highlighting providing solutions for business problems.
