Job Description:

Monitor and analyze product development related to Hepatology product suite
Business Planning and Effective and optimum use of the allotted marketing budget for the year
Development of annual marketing calendar to achieve sales growth and build brand image.
Prepare feasibility of all new projects
Develop literature for assigned products and conduct cycle meetings, providing scientific knowledge to field force.
Create new marketing avenues and channels for product development
Insights to deliver over all business objectives and strategy
Analyze the business, in addition to financial, competitive and research analysis, and research planning.
Engage and collaborate with clinical advisors/front-line clinicians to better understand unmet needs, workflow issues and market opportunities, all necessary to inform product development strategy

Can display positive energy, should be highly energetic and dynamic individual who can be a role model for entire team
Should believe in execution and lead the team towards excellence.
Should have concentrated knowledge of cancer disease area.
Should be highly creative and able to find new ways to increase Ferozsons Market share.
Excellent business acumen
Ability to work cross functionally with a demonstrable record of considerable success as first line manager
Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment.
In-depth understanding of Hepatology related databases and ability to interpret these for strategic decision making.
The individual will need to understand various methods market research, commercial assignments, competitive analysis
