| Job Description/ Responsibilities | Age: 29 - 35 Years (preferably married) Personality: Pleasing appearance, cheerful and stable personality. High sense of responsibility. Ability to pre-emt needs of employeer and provide assistance effeciently. Experience: Must have worked in a household of similar size and repute. 5 - 8 years as housemaid in a Diplomat`s household or a housekeepe`s position in a star hotel. Overseas experience will be an advantage. Special Requirements: Extremely high standards of hygiene. High levels of honesty and sincerity. Must have completed high school and be able to speak, read and write English. Spoken Hindi will be an added advantage. Must have all basic housekeeping skills with specific skills in cleaning, washing and ironing. Must have ablility to cook. Knowledge of continental cooking will be and advantage. Must be capable of establishing rapport with employer, i.e. must have sufficient language skills for communication and have a caring nautre. Demonstrate ability to supervise household staff. Candidates looking for long term employement will be preferred. Must give adequate notice and assist in inductionand training of new replacement to ensure smooth transition. References: Must be able to provide current and cerifiable from past/present employers. Benifits: Salary will commensurate with qualification & experience. Single bachelor accomodation will be provided. Food and accomodation will be provided. Gratuity as per Omani Laws. Medical, with the exception of all chronic, debilitating, dental and opthalmic treatments will be provided. Leave salary on month and return air fare will be provided for every twenty four months of service. |
