Job Description:

To fully understand the Company’s business and requirements in respect of designing printing and Publications.

To continuously interact with Department Heads and seek their input for ensuring that publishing material is in line with Company’s needs.

To develop broachers, diaries and give away's etc.

To identify and shortlist vendors, issuance of purchase orders.

To ensure quality at the receipt of all kind of printing materials from suppliers i.e., Letter heads, business cards, press advertisement, brochures, diaries, give away's, packaging stickers etc.

To arrange samples of give away from various suppliers.
Any other duly assigned by Head HRD

Skills Required

Should have good designing sense
Should be well versed with the overall Publications Process.
Should be computer literate (Free Hand, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Internet etc)
