| Job Description/ Responsibilities | JOB OBJECTIVES: 1) Laboratory QC Manual – Good knowledge in preparation of QC Manual and familiarization with all the QC requirements for a calibration laboratory. 2) Inter comparison lab Test – Should have the basic knowledge about ICLT and be able to participate in the inter comparison lab test and evaluation of the test results. 3) QC Sample Test – Should be able to conduct QC Calibration samples and evaluation of Technicians results. 4) Lab. Calibration Procedure – capable of preparing the calibration procedure according to the ISO/IEC 17025 requirements. 5) Standard Operating Procedure – Capable of preparing the SOP, s for all our master instruments. 6) Working knowledge – candidate should be from a ISO/IEC 17025 Accredited calibration laboratory. 7) Audit Experience – Should actively participated or conducted Internal Quality audit according to the ISO/IEC 17025 requirements. 8) Managerial – in future he should be able to head a laboratory QC team and reporting to the higher management. 9) Uncertainty – Good theoretical knowledge and work experience in calculation of measurement uncertainty and reporting the results. 10) English – should have good spoken & return English knowledge. |

| Profile | •A Degree in engineering or related discipline. •Ability to perform calibration activities on a range of laboratory and manufacturing instruments. •Ability to execute mechanical and electrical trouble shooting of equipment •Ability to execute basic re-design or modification of instrumentation to achieve continuous improvements. •The ability to multitask and manage time effectively in order to deliver multiple tasks concurrently •The ability to work co-operatively and effectively with others to establish and maintain good working relationships. |
