Job Description:
Manage DO as received from marketing department. Coordinate with dispatch section for batch wise DO details. Preparation of dispatch sheet. Vehicle Arrangement. Delivery Challan preparation according to loading sheet. Vehicle Deck planning and vehicle management. Instruct vehicle driver for delivery schedule. Prepare outward gate pass according to the delivery challan. Write instruction in Urdu on DC and clearly pass it on to driver. Physically inspection of loading before vehicle leaves. Preparation of all related shipping documents. Managing wrong supplies and sales return. Vehicle maintenance inspection as per schedule. Also responsible to prepare all relevant Reports.
Skills Required
Must have relevant working experience.Good in Computer operations
