Job Description:
The position is located in theCommercial & Logistic Department based at Head Office. this position reports to Manager who reports to Deputy General Manager Commercial & Logistic. The purpose is to perform the activities of Import Department.
* Recording of all documentation related to Imports.
* Handling shipping documents of imports and after scrutiny pass them to the clearing agent.
* Generating reports from data entries as per Director’s requirement & Departmental Internal Customers
* Coordinate with clearing agent for timely clearance of imported consignments
* Coordinate with Banks for L/c establishment and Retirement of Original Documents
* Liaison with Transporter for timely transportation of imported consignments
* Liaison with Shipping agent to check the status of vessel
*Expected Arrival
* Assist departmental Head in preparation of monthly Budget & presentations
* Prepare & submit daily departmental budget
* Prepare and submit sale tax return for the department
* Prepare Delivery Order & Sale Tax invoice for Fiber Sales
* Prepare Actual costing for Goods Dispatch Accounting Purpose
* Prepare Dispatch advice for relevant consignment
* Check demand from clearing agent for custom dues
* Check & forward Bills for Transporters.
* Check & forward Bills for Insurance Policy
