Required Production Planner
We are looking for Production Planner. Candidate should be graduate with a minimum experience of 2 years.
Role Profile of a Production Planner
1. As a production planner of Avery Dennison Pakistan, SOME of your major duties would be:
2. Maintaining machine wise loading chart of available jobs and issuing factory promised dates for all jobs received.
3. Maintaining list of pending orders of the section, by their due date at any given time.
4. Issuing machine-wise production plan to each machine before 2:30 p.m. every day covering 24 hrs.
5. Ensuring all the jobs on machine-wise production plan have passed the pre-press and plate making stages.
6. Ensuring that the jobs are planned in compliance with customers' requirements and are loaded to the machines with due time to meet its factory promised date.
7. Following up on completion of work between processes and highlighting to production manager on delays.
8. Issuing plans for finishing activities.
9. Following up on passing each job to dispatch before their factory promised dates.
10. Each morning check whether all jobs that were due to day before, has been put to dispatch.
11. Coordinate with production team leaders to ensure that full capacity of the machines are utilized reducing down times and set up times.
