| Job Description/ Responsibilities | 10 to 15 years of experience and will be reporting to the Director of Construction and provides engineering and construction management support on publicly funded commuter rail projects. Lead project team in development of design and engineering documents pertaining to VRE construction and facility projects. Functions as project manager for designated construction projects. Apply engineering principles and practices to insure that facilities are designed, constructed, renovated and maintained in a safe, cost effective and timely manner.
