Job Title: Projects & Operations Assistant
Responsibilities:
* Application of Project management methodology
* Identifying Gaps in operations & chasing up CEO decisions within operations
* Management of day to day operations with aspects to project's scope
* Facilitates team and client meetings effectively
* Identifying opportunities for improvements
* Keeping track of lessons learnt & sharing with stake holders
* Mitigating conflicts with in team and departments
* Mitigating communication problems
Qualification & Experience:
* Must hold Bachelor in Business IT, Engineering or Computer Sciences
* A Masters degree in Business administration will be an advantage
