Job Description:
Mission and Main responsibilities:
Responsible of preparing Lab samples (similar or closest to the indutrial trial production).
Responsible of monitoring the Industrial trials.
Data sampling and analysis.
Job Dimension
Reporting directly to the CBU R&D Manager.
Will be working closely with the R&D product manager and Junior product manager
Current Context:
Main Challenges: using the lab equipment/tools, to be able to duplicate a finished product in compliance with the existing process at the plant.
Short term Objectives: delivery of lab samples on time or before the due date.
Long term Objectives: help on suggesting solutions for problems as well to show a good level of innovation.
Should be able to create a good to great business and friendly relationship with the R&D team, Industrial and Quality teams.

Requirement:
1. Strong experience in the laboratories (samples preparations / mix / analysis).
2. Background in dairy/desserts/juice business is a must or a plus.
3. Should be expert in ingredients chemical reactions'.
4. Should be expert in "making" processes: dairy/desserts/juice processes.
5. Have high sense of innovation.
6. BS degree required
7. Minimum 4 years experience required in the same position.
Skills Required:
Managerial Competencies and Personal Skills needed
1. Very good communication skills.
2. Able to confront people in order to solve a certain situation.
