| Profile | The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: • Conduct classroom style training for cleaners and operators on behavioral trainings as required. • Conduct on-the-job training, skills training, ensuring all staff’s are trained to the same standard using the work instruction. • Identify training needs of staff along with supervisors and foremen of each location • Carry out the Cleaning & Trolley Services division induction program to ensure all new employees receive the same level of information • Submit monthly and quarterly training reports on divisional training to senior officer planning & operation research • Attend departmental meetings and operate in accordance with the instructions received The ideal candidate should be educated to college standard and have 3 to 5 years of experience of working in a service industry in supervisory level. He / She should also have college/specialist company/hotel training. |
